Bridget Rust and Sydney Craig combined for 23 points, but it wasn't enough as Mohawk Valley defeated North Country 59-51 Saturday.

Rust finished with 12 points off the bench, including three three-pointers for the Saints. Romeira Tucker also added nine points for North Country.

Leading the way for Mohawk Valley was Bria Wilson, who racked up 23 points to go along with six steals and five rebounds. Kadijah Jones was the second player in double figures for the Hawks.

Mohawk finished with a 39-24 advantage on the boards.

North Country will host Word of Life Nov. 8 at 5 p.m.
