Shaneika Smith poured in 23 points, while Simonemmerson Roberts sent home 21 as the second-ranked Saints (12-0, 11-0) kept their undefeated record intact. "In the second half, I thought we really did a good job defensively as a team as well as moving the ball on offense and getting open looks."

"I thought Vivencia Philippe saved us in the second half," North Country coach Jerrad Dumont said. "I wasn't real impressed with the way we played in the first half but we managed to be up nine at the half due to our rebounding.

"I thought Vivencia did a phenomenal job of shutting down one of their best players, which made all the difference in the world for us."

Courtney Boyea and Latifah Fletcher also recorded double-digit points for the Saints, adding 10 apiece.

The Saints travel to Schenectady County Community College on Thursday with a 5:00 PM Tipoff.
