Czadzeck Named Head Coach of NCCC Saints Women's Volleyball

The North Country Community College Saints are pleased to announce that Megan Czadzeck has been named Head Coach of the new Women's Volleyball Program. Czadzeck, a native of Saranac Lake, NY, played volleyball for Saranac Lake Central School and was a 3-time Most Valuable Player.  She is a graduate of SUNY Potsdam and received her Masters from Walden University.

"I am excited that I will be coaching the NCCC women's volleyball team this year.  My passion for volleyball started at a very young age when my aunt spent time teaching me to pass the ball in my grandparent's back yard. After playing all through high school and attending various camps, I knew that my future would include coaching the sport. I previously coached at the modified level but took a break to start a family. When this opportunity was presented to me I was thrilled. I'm excited to meet the girls and get started!" said Czadzeck.

Coach Czadzeck will be assisted this year by NCCC alum Ashley Andrews."When I was asked to choose an assistant, Ashley's name was the first one to come to mind.' Said Czadzeck. I knew she shared my passion for the sport and we would make a great team."

Andrews added, "Megan and I played Volleyball really well together growing up. I am thrilled at the opportunity to coach with her at North Country Community College. I'm looking forward to the season starting, getting to know the girls and seeing the development of the team through practices and games."

The players share their coach's enthusiasm. They've been team building this summer through social media and are looking forward to a fun season.
