Queensbury, NY- The North Country Saints Women's Basketball team closed out the first semester with a 66-45 victory over SUNY Adirondack in their last game of the the year. It was their first victory of the season.
Freshman standout Hannah Gaddor poured in a career high 42 points on 16-39 shooting. She hit 4 threes and went 6-7 from the line while adding 9 rebounds and 4 assists.
Hannah sits 2nd in Region 3 with a 20.1 ppg average and is 5th in rebounding averaging 10.5 rpg.
Fellow freshman Ashante Williams chipped in with 9 points and 7 rebounds.
With the win, the Saints move to 1-7 on the season while Adirondack falls to 0-6.
The Saints are off until January 15th when they return against Hudson Valley at home.
