Saint's rolls past landmark College

Derek Oursler scored 13 points as North Country Community College got major contributions from its bench in an 85-55 win over Landmark College.  "I thought we played well.  We came out and shared the basketball," North Country coach Chad LaDue said.  "We had a chance to get all 17 guys in the game during the first half.  It was a good team win."

The Saint's (11-11) led 51-24 at the half.  Daniel Trentsch scored 12 with Wge Cinel and Ivan Grcic each having nine.  Zane Ramsdell grabed seven reounds while Jonathan Dunlavey had six of his own.  Clement Gibson dished out four assists to go with his 3 steals.

"Guys had a lot of fun, and it was a nice opportunity to reward the guys who have been working hard all year but not getting ipportunities to get on the floor,"  LaDue said, adding that Oursler, Ramsdell and Donny Patraw played particularly well tonight.

 

North Country host SUNY Adirondac at 7pm Thursday.
