Sawyer Ranks High After First Game

After a great showing in the opening game of the 2019 campaign, Olivia Sawyer, sophomore libero, has found herself sitting in the top 10 of two different NJCAA Region 3 statistical categories.

Coach Lamay had the following to say of this achievement, "This is exciting news for Olivia and our program alike. Going from setting last season to running our defense this season is definitely not easy. I am very proud of Olivia"

Sawyer, a native of Lake Placid, NY, tallied 3.8 digs per set, 10th in the region, and 1.0 service aces per set, 8th in the region in the team's home-opener against Paul Smith's College. The Saints dropped a 3-2 deficit to the Bobcats.
