SARANAC LAKE — Kayla Carder recorded 20 points and 13 rebounds in North Country Community College's 64-53 win over Fulton-Montgomery Community College in Region III women's basketball Wednesday.

The ninth-ranked Saints also received a career-high 11 points from Mary Parker, and she added five assists.

North Country's Ty Taylor (9) and Bailee Gauthier (8) combined for 17 points.
