SARANAC LAKE — The Saints were able to balloon a two-point halftime lead in the second half to roll past the Timberwolves 93-83.

North Country led 39-37 at the half.

Damon Hunter led the Saints with a game-high 30 points and eight assists.

Donte Crumpler (25) and Malik Wilkinson (13) combined for 38 points for North Country. Wilkinson also had 12 rebounds.

"We were able to get on a bit of a run in the second half," North Country coach Daryl Crist said. "Even though they scored more points in the second half, we were able to get some stops in succession and build up our lead."

Raheem Duncan poured in 20 points for SUNY Adirondack.
