Women's Lacrosse Wins Big on Senior Day

Saranac Lake- The North Country Saints Women's Lacrosse Team closed out their season with a 20-11 win over Jefferson Community College on Senior Day. 

All of the seniors contributed to the win in a big way. Bailee Gauthier scored 4 goals and added 5 assists, Kara Davis had 2g & 5a, Mikaela Bessette added 2g & 2a, while Katie Holvik and Brecky Brandal each added 1. On defense, Tameka Patch and Jasmine Cruse had standout days, while Olivia Woolheater made 10 saves picking up the win in net. 

Freshman Nidia DeArmaYero led the Saints attack with 7 goals and 3 assists. 

"To see our seniors shine like they did in their last game was amazing," said Saints Coach Kent Egglefield. "They all came through in a big way for us today and I am proud of all of them and their effort both today and the last two seasons."
