The Saints Women's Lacrosse team came up short Wednesday night falling to Mohawk Valley 8-5. The Saints took a 3-2 lead into the half but couldn't hold on as Mohawk stormed back in the second for the win. 

"This was a tough loss," Saints Head Coach Kent Egglefield stated. "We dominated every aspect of the game... faceoffs, shots, possession, groundballs... every place but the scoreboard."

The Saints finished the game with a 35-19 edge in shots. Windy Derushia started in net making 8 saves with Abby Cowan starting the second half and recording 3. Jadeen Chisholm (2), Alexa Whitney, Laura Stanton, and Chloe Nott all tallied goals for the Saints.
