UTICA — The North Country Community College women's basketball team could not match Schoolcraft College's hot shooting Saturday.
The Ocelots defeated the Saints 67-59. Schoolcraft knocked down nine 3-pointers. Jaishala Seal lead the way for the Ocelots with 23 points as she knocked down six treys.
Emily Sheets (26) and Ty Taylor (10) combined for 36 points to pace the Saints.
"We played really well," North Country coach Jerrad Dumont said.
"We shared the ball. We just need to shoot the ball better and continue to work. We just need to get tougher overall, but I was pleased with our effort. We played some tough teams this weekend."
