North Country Plays Fulton-Montgomery Tough

On October 5 Fulton traveled to NCCC to take on the Saints. North Country was coming off a tough loss to Onondaga while Fulton was coming off the shock win of the season against regional favorite, Erie.

Going into halftime the score was tied 1-1 with a goal for the Saints from Thomas Skinner assisted by Aaron Rosati and a goal for Fulton scored by Austin Heroth. Each team added another goal in the second half forcing overtime. Henry Udzadavis scored in the final moments of the second half to bring it to overtime.

In the second period of overtime Fulton was given a corner kick and they capitalized with a goal from Hugues Kouassi to give them the win.

After the game Coach Engle of the Saints said "It was a hard fought game between both sides. I'm proud of our team for the way we played but it is disappointing to lose another game in overtime."
