Susan Waters has been named the new Head Coach of the Women's Volleyball team at NCCC.
Coach Waters joins the Athletic Department after coaching volleyball at Paul Smith's College and Saranac Lake Central Schools (where she'll lead the 2016 JV team.)
"We are very excited to have a coach of her experience leading our program in its second year," said Saints Athletic Director Chad LaDue. "I can't wait to see what she can accomplish."
"I bring many years of leadership and playing experience to the Saints," says Waters "and as a new coach in a fledgling program, I'm eager to grow with the team and push to improve our rankings."
Saints volleyball finished its premier season 2-20 with several 5-set matches and solid scores against teams that finished well in Division III. Coach Water's hopes some of those close matches will turn into wins this fall.
Coach Waters is a native of Columbia, Missouri, but now resides in Saranac Lake, NY.
